The staff was friendly and cute. I felt comfortable and at ease . The hotel was clean and tidy. The bed was very comfy and the room was warm.

The television in my room didn't work. It was quite old. The heating wasn't working properly upon my arrival, and I was a bit cold until the next morning.

the heating was off upon my arrival (i hate that!) and it was quite cold in the room. it only came on the next morning. the room lacked a headboard. there was some damp on the wall above the bed. the bathroom felt very cold because there was no radiator.
